House Rules – Nella Pokoje Gościnne

§1. General information
These rules define the booking and stay conditions at Nella – Pokoje Gościnne, located in Ostrowo, ul. Sosnowa 53.
Making a booking is equivalent to accepting these rules.
The rules apply to all persons staying on the property.
§2. Booking and deposit
A booking can be made:
- through the booking form on the website,
- by phone,
- by email.
The condition for confirming a booking is payment of a deposit amounting to 30% of the total stay value.
The deposit secures the booked dates.
The deposit is settled on the arrival day and counted towards the total amount due for the stay.
Failure to pay the deposit within the agreed deadline, maximum 48 hours from booking confirmation, may result in booking cancellation.
§3. Booking cancellation rules
If the Guest cancels the booking:
- the deposit is non-refundable, in accordance with Article 394 of the Polish Civil Code,
- the deposit cannot be used for another date unless the property owner agrees.
If the stay is shortened or the Guest does not arrive on the arrival day, the deposit is also non-refundable.
§4. Stay and hotel day
The hotel day lasts:
- from 15:00 on the arrival day,
- until 10:00 on the departure day.
Earlier arrival or later departure is possible only after prior agreement.
Minimum stay length:
- June – September: minimum 2 nights,
- July – August: minimum 3 nights.
§5. Payments
The remaining amount due for the stay, after deducting the deposit, is paid on the arrival day.
The property accepts payments:
- in cash,
- by bank transfer, according to individual arrangements.
Prices include accommodation, while the local tourist tax is collected according to the current rates of the Władysławowo municipality.
§6. Stay with pets
A stay with a pet, dog or cat, is possible after prior agreement.
A fee of PLN 30 per day applies.
The pet owner is fully responsible for any damage.
§7. Order rules
Quiet hours apply from 23:00 to 7:00.
Guests are obliged to take care of room equipment and common areas.
Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
If damage is caused, the Guest bears the repair costs.
§8. Liability
The property is not responsible for items left unattended.
The property owner has the right to refuse further stay to persons violating these rules, especially persons whose behaviour poses a threat to the safety of other guests.
§9. Final provisions
In matters not regulated by these rules, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code apply.
These rules enter into force on the date of publication on the website.
